The Main Quality Enhancement Committee of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar), in collaboration with direct supervisors, evaluated the performance of all administrative units and committees based on their activities during the 1403 solar year. Following this annual assessment, the academic, administrative, service, technical, and security staff of the institution and the Spinghar Momand 50-bed Curative and Teaching Hospital were honored during the annual staff appreciation ceremony. 

During the opening speech of the ceremony, the founder of the institution and head of the Board of Trustees, Engineer Ehsanullah Momand, warmly welcomed all participants and expressed his gratitude to the relevant authorities of the institution and hospital for their outstanding performance, high-quality academic services, achievements, dedication, and sincere commitment to their duties. Mr. Momand also pledged full material and moral support for all academic and administrative affairs and, at the same time, requested all responsible individuals to pay even greater attention to their duties. 

The General Director of the Institute, Sayed Shamsuddin Hemat, also spoke at the appreciation ceremony. He shared essential information about the methodology, transparency, fairness, statistical figures related to planned and achieved goals and activities, and the results of the annual assessment conducted for the year 1403. He emphasized the importance and value of this process in the advancement and quality enhancement of institutions. He also discussed the significance of employee motivation and appreciation and shared his recommendations and expectations with the participants to better organize affairs and achieve goals more effectively. 

At the end of the speeches, a number of outstanding administrative staff and professors from the institution and teaching hospital were recognized and awarded both moral and material incentives, prizes, and certificates of appreciation. In addition, 15 colleagues were given awards by the institution for their excellent organization, execution, and participation in the recent national academic-research conference.
